Sen. Go, nakiramay din sa pagpanaw ni ex-Senate Pres. Nene Pimentel
Nagpaabot ng pakikiramay si Senador Christopher Lawrence ‘Bong’ Go sa pamilyang naulila ni dating Senate President Aquilino ‘Nene’ Pimentel Jr.
Ayon kay Go, isang visionary, democracy leader at masipag na mambabatas si Pimentel.
Naging kilala din aniya si Pimentel bilang ama ng local autonomy at naging champion ng local governance.
Isa aniyang testamento ni Pimentel ang Local Government Code of 1991.
Sinabi pa ni Go na mananatili sa puso ng bawat Filipino ang iniwang legasiya ni Pimentel.
Ipinaabot ni Go ang kaniyang taos-pusong pakikidalamhati sa pamilyang naiwan ni Pimentel lalo na sa kaniyang kasama sa Senado na si Senador Aquilino “Koko” Pimentel III.
