Sotto: Report sa ‘ninja cops’ aaprubahan ng mga senador

Naniniwala si Senate President Vicente Sotto III na magiging “unanimous” ang pag-apruba ng Senado sa report at rekomendasyon ng justice at blue ribbon committees matapos ang imbestigasyon sa isyu ng “ninja cops.”

Ayon kay Sotto, ang committee report ay tama batay sa kinalabasan ng pagdinig.

Pahayag ito ng senador kung aaprubahan ba ng mga kapwa-senador ang report ukol sa drug recycling sa operasyon ng 13 pulis sa Pampanga noong 2013.

Inirekomenda sa report na kasuhan si outgoing Philippine National Police (PNP) chief General Oscar Albayalde at mga dati nitong tauhan.

Ayon kay Sotto, ang report ay posibleng pirmahan ni Senator Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa na batchmate ni Albayalde sa Philippine Military Academy (PMA).

Una rito ay sinabi ni Senator Richard Gordon na inirekomenda nilang kasuhan si Albayalde dahil isa anyang kaso ng “hulidap” ang Pampanga drug raid at nagkaroon umano ng “cover-up” sa panig ni Albayalde.
