Isinagawa ang unang araw ng re-investigation ng Department of Justice (DOJ) ukol sa maanomalyang anti-drug operation ng 13 pulis-Pampanga sa bayan ng Mexico noong 2013.

Sa nasabing bilang ng mga pulis, tanging si Police Major Rodney Baloyo IV ang hindi nakadalo sa pagdinig.
