Anim na ahensya ng national government, magtatayo ng opisina sa New Clark City
Inaasahang masisimulan sa taong 2022 ang konstruksyon ng Phase 2 ng New Clark City ilalim ng National Government Administrative Center o NGAC sa Capas, Tarlac.
Ayon kay Bases Conversion Development Authority (BCDA) president at CEO Vince Dizon, anim na ahensya ng pamahalaan ang magtatayo ng kanilang tanggapan sa Tarlac.
Kabilang aniya rito ang Department of Information and Communication Technology (DICT), Department of Science and Technology (DOST), National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) at imprentahan ng salapi ng Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP).
Magtatayo rin ng mga satellite office ang Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, Court of Tax Appeals at Sandiganbayan.
Magsisilbi ang NGAC bilang disaster risk and recovery center sa panahon ng kalamidad para tuluy-tuloy ang negosyo at serbisyo ng national government.
Ang National Sports Center ay bahagi ng Phase 1A development ng NGAC kung saan parte ang world class sports facilities.
Ang paglilipat ng mga ahensya ng pamahalaan sa New Clark City ay Bilang bahagi ng decongestion ng Metro Manila.
