WATCH: Isang set ng Dalian train sinimulan nang isali sa regular fleet ng MRT-3
Nagsimula nang bumiyahe ang isang set ng Dalian trains sa riles ng Metro Rail Transit (MRT) 3 Martes ng gabi.
Sa Facebook, ibinahagi ng Department of Transportation (DOTr) ang video ng unang commercial run ng naturang tren.
Bibiyahe ang tren tuwing alas-8:30 hanggang alas-10:30 ng gabi para sa initial deployment nito hanggang sa October 31.
Kayang magsakay ng tren ng 1,050 pasahero kada biyahe.
Ang commercial run ng unang Dalian train ay matapos nitong makumpleto ang serye ng isinagawang validation at commissioning tests.
Nabili ng Aquino administration ang 48 Dalian trains sa halagang P3.8 bilyon ngunit agad ginamit dahil sa umano’y compatibility issues.
