DILG: National road clearing program, tuloy

Pagpapanatili ng kalinisan sa kalye ang panibagong challenge ngayon sa mga local government officials ayon kay DILG Undersecretary at Spokesman Jonathan Malaya.

Ito ay kasunod ng ipinahayag ng Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) unit na magpapatuloy ang kanilang national road clearing program.

Kasabay nito ay siniguro din ng ahensya na magiging quarterly ang gagawing panibagong validation sa darating na buwan ng Disyembre.

Samantala, sa inilabas na ulat ng DILG noong Biyernes umabot na sa 6,899 na mga kalye sa buong bansa ang naideklarang cleared for obstruction.

Nasa 1,148 LGUs naman nationwide ang pumasa sa nasabing programa habang 97 LGUs ang nakatakdang makatanggap ng show cause orders matapos na hindi sumunod sa ipinatupad na road clearing operation ng DILG.

Nakasaad din sa datos ng DILG, ang 328 LGUs na nakatanggap ng high compliance rating, habang 497 naman ang nakakuha ng medium compliance rating, 323 LGUs ang may low compliance rating at 97 ang hindi nakapasa.

Samantala, pinuri naman ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ang DILG dahil sa matagumpay na kinalabasan ng isinulong na kampanya.
