Filipino gymnast Yulo kampeon sa world championships
Itinanghal na kampeon ang Filipino gymnast na si Carlos Edriel Yulo sa men’s world championships sa Germany araw ng Sabado.
Nalampasan pa ni Yulo ang bronze medal na nakuha nito noong nakaraang taon.
Bigo si Nikita Nagornyy ng Russia na magtala ng back-to-back title matapos na hindi nito makuha ang gold medal at nagtapos lamang ito sa ika-anim na pwesto dahil sa 0.3 point penalty.
Nasa 0.1 points ang winning margin ng 19 anyos na Pinoy gymnast sa nakasungkit ng silver medal.
Tinalo ni Yulo si Artem Dolgopyat ng Israel habang bronze medal ang nakuha ng Chinese gymast na si Xiao Ruoteng.
