Muling isinulong sa senado ang Proof of Parking Act.

Sa panukalang batas ni Senator Sherwin Gatchalian, kailangan may katibayan na may garahe bago makabili o makapag-may ari ng sasakyan.

Ayon kay Gatchalian makatutulong ito para masaresobla ang traffic congestion sa Metro Manila.
