Nais ni Senator Manny Pacquiao na matiyak na malinis at ligtas ang inuming tubig sa mga kainan gaya ng mga karinderya.

Sa kaniyang Senate Bill 196, nais ng senador na obligahin ang mga karinderya na magbigay ng malinis at ligtas na tubig sa mga customer nila.
