Botohan sa electoral protest ni Marcos vs VP Robredo muling ipinagpaliban ng SC
Sa ikatlong pagkakataon hindi na naman natuloy ang deliberasyon ng Korte Suprema na tumatayong Presidential Electoral Tribunal o PET sa draft ruling ni Associate Justice Benjamin Caguioa hinggil sa protest ani dating Sen. Bongbong Marcos laban kay Vice President Leni Robredo.
Ilang beses nang naudlot ang botohan sa naturang electoral protest.
Ayon sa impormasyon mula sa Korte Suprema, sa halip na gawin ngayong araw ay muling itinakda sa ibang petsa ang deliberasyon ng en banc. Gagawin na lamang ito sa susunod na Martes, October 15, 2019.
Una dito, inanunsyo na ng SC ang pagtatapos ng recount at revision sa 5, 415 polling precincts mula sa tatlong pilot provinces sa inihaing poll protest ni Marcos laban kay Robredo.
Si Associate Justice Alfredo Benjamin Caguioa ang nagsilbing ponente o sumulat ng draft report.
Matapos maisulat ang draft ng report ito ay isinumite sa PET.
