May libreng operasyon sa Sta. Ana Hospital para sa mga batang may bingot.
Sa abiso ng Manila Public Information Bureau, simula ngayong araw, maaring magtungo sa ospital ang mga pasyente para sa screening at schedule ng opera.
Alas 8:00 ng umaga hanggang alas 5:00 ng hapon ngayong araw, Oct. 8 ang screening at pagpapatala.
Ang free surgery ay simula naman bukas, Oct. 9 at tatagal hanggang sa Oct. 11.
