Sinipon si Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte dahil sa malamig na klima sa Russia.
Sa talumpati ng pangulo sa Davao City, sinabi nito na hindi siya nakatulog sa 13 oras na biyahe mula sa Russia patungong Davao.
Una rito, sinabi ng pangulo sa harap ng Filipino community sa Russia na nakararanas siya ng Myasthenia Gravis. Isang disease na nagdudulot ng muscle weakness.
Ayon sa pangulo, may mga pagkakataon na hindi niya nakokontrol ang galaw ng kaniyang mata.
