Ito ang pagtitiyak ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte sa pangakong taas-sweldo sa mga guro.

Ayon sa pangulo, kasado na ang umento sa sahod sa mga guro.

Gayunman, sinabi ng pangulo na hindi magiging doble ang sweldo ng mga guro gaya ng mga pulis at sundalo.

Masyado kasi aniyang marami ang mga guro sa Pilipinas na maaring hindi kayanin ng pamahalaan ang pagbibigay ng dobladong sahod.
