Aabot sa $12 million ang hinihinging damage ni Graham Chase Robinson, dating assistant ng aktor na si Robert De Niro.
Ito ay kasunod ng kanyang inihaing reklamong kaso ng pang aabuso at gender discrimination sa actor.
Ayon kay Robinson, puro pagtutungayaw at physical contact ang natatanggap niya mula kay De Niro.
Taong 2008 nang magsimula itong magtrabaho sa actor bilang assistant.
