Magpapatuloy ang nararanasang malakas na buhos ng ulan sa mga lalawigan sa Luzon.
Sa inilabas na thunderstorm advisory ng PAGASA alas 4:28 ng hapon ng Biyernes, Oct. 4, moderate to heavy na pag-ulan ang mararanasan sa Bulacan at Quezon.
Ang nasabing lagay ng panahon ay nararanasan na rin sa mga bayan ng Carranglan, Pantabangan, San Jose, Llanera, Munoz, Lupao, Talugtug, at Talavera sa Nueva Ecija; Ramos, Pura at Paniqui sa Tarlac; Lipa at Mataas na Kahoy, San Jose, Malvar, at Lobo sa Batangas; at sa Alaminos sa Laguna.
