Pagkatapos ng pagdinig sa senado diretso sa New Bilibid Prisons sa Muntinlupa sa Quezon City si Maj. Rodney Baloyo.

Nadismaya kasi ang mga senador kay Baloyo dahil sa hindi nito pagsasabi ng totoo sa pagdinig kaya nagpasyang siya ay i-cite for contempt.
