BPI magsasagawa ng major systems upgrade sa Oct. 19

Hindi magagamit ang mga serbisyo ng Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) sa October 19, Sabado dahil sa isasagawang ‘major systems upgrade.”

Sa abiso ng bangko Huwebes ng hapon, mula alas-12:01 ng madaling-araw hanggang alas-11:59 ng gabi ay hindi magagamit ang online banking, mobile app, BizLink at ELink platforms, ATMs, CAMs at Debit Card services.

Sarado rin ang lahat ng branches ng BPI mula October 19 hanggang October 20.

Sinabi naman ng BPI na mananatiling accessible ang kanilang credit card at prepaid card services.

Ayon sa BPI, ang systems upgrade ay bahagi ng isinasagawang mga hakbang para makapagbigay ng mas maayos na serbisyo sa kanilang customers.

Pinayuhan ang BPI holders na planuhin na ngayong weekend ang kanilang transactions.
