Nasa kustodiya na ng Quezon City Police District (QCPD) Station 4 sina Liezel Aileen Santos de Leon at Edwin Roberto.
Naaresto sina De Leon at Roberto sa bisa ng arrest warrant na inilabas ng Quezon City Metropolitan Trial Court.
Buwan ng Hunyo ng kasuhan ng Department of Justice (DOJ) sina De Leon at Roberto kasama ang may-ari ng WellMed Clinic na si Bryan Christopher Sy kaugnay ng umanoy iregular na PhilHealth claims.
Pero noong Agosto ay ibinasura ang kaso dahil sa kawalan ng hurisdiksyon kaya inilipat ito ng ahensya sa MTC.
Nahaharap sina De Leon at Roberto sa kasong Swindling, Estafa at dalawang iba pang kaso.
Mahigit P600,000 ang halaga ng piyansang inirekomenda ng korte para sa pansamantalang kalayaan ng dalawa.
