7 tinaguriang ‘POGO restos’ sa Metro Manila ipinasara ng BIR
Ipinasara ng Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) ang pitong establisyimento sa Metro Manila na ang kliyente ay pawang Chinese nationals na empleyado ng offshore gaming firms.
Ang closure order ay ipinalabas dahil sa tax violations ng mga kumpanya.
Ang mga ipinasara na tinaguriang “Pogo restaurantes” ay ino-operate ng Frame Rose Ranes Salisi na may tradename na Young Restaurant and Shinedeligo Corp.
Sa pahayag sinabi ng BIR South NCR unit na bigo ang naturang kumpanya na magbayad ng tamang buwis.
Limang iba pang establisyimento ang sinuspinde din ang operasyon.
Maari pa namang makapag-operate muli ang mga ito kung makatutugon sa problema nila sa bayaring buwis sa BIR.
