Nasangkot si PNP chief Oscar Albayalde sa ninja cops matapos itong idawit ni dating CIDG chief at ngayon ay Baguio City Mayor Benjamin Magalong sa isyu.

Itinanggi naman ito ni Albayalde na nagsabing hindi niya alam ang motibo ng dating police official sa pagsangkot sa kaya sa umanoy drug recycling.
