Humingi ng tawad si Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Noel Clement sa naiwang pamilya ni 4th Class Darwin Dormitorio.

Sa change of command ceremony nina resigned Philippine Military Academy (PMA) superintendent Lt. Gen.

“Words may not be enough to convey our most profound apologies, our thoughts and prayers are with you and we could only hope for you understanding,” ani Clement.

“Maltreatment has never been right and will never be right in any circumstances. Do not be afraid to speak in the midst of injustice,” ani Clement.

“The inspector general has submitted to me his report and what I asked of the inspector general is to look into the process and the systems that have to be looked into to correct what happened to Cadet Dormitorio,” ani Clement.

“Under the new leadership of the Academy, this unfortunate incident, however isolated it may be, will not happen again,” dagdag ng AFP official,” dagdag ng AFP chief of staff.
