Aminado si AFP Chief Noel Clement na may mga barko ng China na pumapasok sa bansa nang walang paa-paalam.
Ayon kay Clement ang mga hakbang na ito ng Chinese Vessels ay ipinapaalam naman nila agad sa Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA).
