WATCH: Validity ng firearms permits at documents nais palawigin

Nagbigay ng kani-kanilang posisyon ang lahat ng stakeholders kaugnay sa panukalang magtakda ng validity period para sa lahat ng mga lisensiya, permit at dokumento sa pag-aari ng baril.

Layunin ng mga panukala nina Senate President Pro Tempore Ralph Recto at Majority Leader Juan Miguel Zubiri na padaliin ang proseso para sa pagkuha ng lisensiya at pagpaparehistro ng baril.
