Malawakang tigil-pasada ng mga jeepney operator at driver, tuloy sa Lunes (Sept. 30)
Tuloy ang ikakasang malawakang transport strike ng ilang grupo sa araw ng Lunes, September 30.
Sa isang forum sa Maynila, sinabi ni Efren De Luna, national president ng Alliance of Concerned Transport Organization (ACTO), layon nitong tutulan ang PUV modernization program ng administrasyong Duterte.
Aniya, puro panlililang ang nasabing proyekto ng gobyerno.
Iginiit pa nito na hindi kayang masustentuhan ng gobyerno ang programa dahil aniyang direktang maipapautang ang Department of Transporation (DOTr) at Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) sa kanila.
Makakasama rin ng ACTO sa tigil-pasada ang Stop and Go Coalition at Pinagkaisang Samahan ng mga Tsuper at Operator Nationwide (PISTON).
