5 arestado sa buy-bust operation sa Talisay City, Cebu
Arestado ang limang drug suspect sa ikinasang buy-bust operation ng Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) sa Talisay City, Cebu Sabado ng gabi.
Ayon sa PDEA Regional Office 7-Central Visayas, isinagawang ang operasyon sa isang drug den sa bahagi ng Barangay Candulawan bandang 10:30 ng gabi.
Naaresto ang target sa operasyon na si Julius Doble alyas “Golgol Doble,” maging ang ilang kasamahan na sina Julius Briones, Ramil Bacacao, Nerlin Quijoy at Francis Gallarde.
Nakuha sa mga suspek ang 37 pakete ng hinihinalang shabu na may bigat na mahigit 15 gramo at nagkakahalaga ng P102,000.
Maliban dito, narekober din sa mga suspek ang ilang drug paraphernalia, ginamit na buy-bust money at perang P740.
Mahaharap ang mga suspek sa kasong paglabag sa Section 5 na may ugnayan sa Section 26, 6, 7, 11, 12 at 15 ng Article 2 ng Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
