Bagyong Onyok bahagya pang lumakas; Signal No. 1 nakataas pa rin sa Batanes at Babuyan Islands

Bahagya pang lumakas ang Tropical Storm Onyok habang papalapit ito sa Northwestward ng Philippine Sea.

Sa Severe Weather Bulletin No. 4 na inilabas ng Pagasa alas 11:00 Sabado ng Gabi, huling namataan ang bagyo 760 kilometers Silangan ng Tuguegarao City, Cagayan.

Taglay nito ang lakas ng hangin na 85 kilometers per hour at bugsong 105 kilometers per hour.

Tinatahak nito ang direksyong West Northwest sa bilis na 25 kilometers per hour.

Nakataas pa rin ang Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 1 sa Batanes at Babuyan Islands.

Nagpapaulan ang trough o buntot ng bagyo sa Bicol Region at Eastern Visayas.

Posible itong mag-landfall sa bahagi ng bansa at pwede pang lumakas sa Severe Tropical Storm sa loob ng 24 oras.

Mapanganib ang paglalayag lalo na ng maliliit na mga sasakyang pandagat sa seaboards na nasa ilalim ng Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 1.

Linggo ng gabi ay inaasahang nasa Basco, Batanes ang Bagyong Onyok at lalabas ito ng Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) sa Martes ng gabi.
