PDEA agent at kasama nito nakuhanan ng droga at mga baril sa Laguna
Arestado ang isang agent ng Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) sa operasyon ng Laguna Police Provincial Office Sabado ng hapon.
Ayon kay Col. Eleazar Matta, timbog si PDEA agent Richard Gaufo, 39 anyos, dating nakatalaga sa Calabarzon at Cordillera Administrative Region.
Sinabi sa Inquirer ni Mata na inaresto ang PDEA agent dahil nasa lugar ito kung saan nagsagawa ng anti-drugs operation.
Sa pamamagitan ng arrest warrant na inilabas ni Judge Cynthia Marino-Ricablanca ng Santa Cruz Regional Trial Court Branch 27, target ng operasyon ng pulisya sa Barangay Pacita 1 bandang 2:15 ng hapon ang kasama ni Gaufo na si Joseph Martin Patrick Borjal, 39 anyos.
Dati nang naaresto si Borjal noong 2018 sa Santa Rosa, Laguna dahil sa illegal possession of firearms at illegal drugs.
Nakumpiska sa lugar ng operasyon ang mga baril, bala, isang granada, 10 sachet ng shabu at pekeng PDEA ID na nakapangalan kay Borjal.
