Trillanes pinahaharap sa preliminary investigation ng kidnapping case na isinampa ng PNP-CIDG sa Oct. 11
Pinahaharap ng Department of Justice si dating Senador Antonio Trillanes IV sa preliminary investigation sa kasong kidnapping with serious illegal detention na isinampa laban sa dating mambabatas at apat na iba.
Sa subpoena na may petsang September 16, inaatasan si Trillanes na humarap sa imbestigasyon ng kaso sa darating na biyernes, October 11.
Ang kaso ay isinampa ng PNP-Criminal Investigation and Detection dahil sa reklamo ng isang Guillermina Barrido, o Guillermina Arcillas.
Sa kanyang reklamo, sinabi ni Barrido na dinukot at ipiniit siya sa isang kumbento mula December 6 hanggang 21, 2016 at pinapirma sa isang affidavit para siraan si Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte.
Bukod kay Trillanes, tinukoy ni Barrido na nasa likod ng pagdukot sa kanya sina Fr. Albert Alejo, lawyer Jude Sabio, isang Sister Ling of the Cannussian Sisters at ilan pang katao.
