Hinihinalang pusher arestado sa buy-bust sa Negros Oriental

Timbog ang isang tulak ng droga sa ikinasang buy-bust operation sa Negros Oriental, Biyernes (Sept. 27) ng madaling-araw.

Ayon sa Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Regional Office 7, isinagawa ang operasyon sa bahagi ng Barangay Magatas sa bayan ng Sibulan bandang 12:05 ng madaling-araw.

Naaresto sa operasyon ang suspek na si Miguel dela Cruz o alyas “Utol,” 38-anyos at residente ng Bais City, Negros Oriental.

Nakuha sa suspek ang 27 pakete ng hinihinalang shabu na may bigat na 11 gramo.

Tinatayang nagkakahalaga ang kontrabando ng P78,800.

Mahaharap ang suspek sa kasong paglabag sa Section 5 at 11 ng Article 2 ng Republic Act 9165 o Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
