Dating Senador Antonio Trillanes IV pinadalhan ng summon ng DOJ dahil sa kasong kidnapping
Pinadalhan ng summon ng Department of Justice (DOJ) si Senator Antonio Trillanes IV hinggil sa kasong kidnapping with serious illegal detention na isinampa ng isang negosyante at tatlong iba pa.
Sa inilabas na subpoena na nilagdaan ni Acting State Prosecutor Gino Paolo Santiago, pinasisipot si Trillanes sa DOJ sa October 11 para sa preliminary investigation sa kaso.
Inatasan din si Trillanes na magsumite ng counter-affidavits at iba pang supporting documents.
Si Trillanes at iba pang respondent ay kinasuhan dahil sa pagdukot umano sa biktimang si Guillermina Lalic Barrido alyas Guillermina Arcillas.
Ikinulong umano ang biktima sa dalawang kumbento noong December 6 at 21, 2016 at pinipilit siyang papirmahin ng testimonya na mag-uugnay kay Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte sa drug syndicates at extra-judicial killings.
