Halos kumpleto na ang rehabilitasyon sa Sta. Isabel Bridge sa Ilagan City, Isabela.

Ayon sa Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), nasa final finishing works na ang ginagawang tulay na matatagpuan sa Ilagan-Delfin Albano-Mallig Road.

Ang naturang proyekto ay pinaglaanan ng P23 million na ginamitan ng carbon sheet at carbon plates para mas maging mtibay.

Ayon kay DPWH Sec. Mark Villar, 85% nang kumpleto ang rehabilitasyon ng tulay.

Nagsimula ito noong May 2019 at inaasahang matatapos sa huling bahagi ng taong ito.
