Inilunsad ngayon ng kompanyang Mattel ang kauna-unahang gender-neutral doll.
Ang kanilang “Creatable World” dolls ay maaaring gawing lalaki o babae depende sa nais.
May kasama itong wig at damit na pambabae at panlalaki na ayon na rin sa tagline ng produkto: “A doll line designed to keep labels out and invite everyone in.”
Ayon kay Kim Culmone, senior vice president of fashion doll design ng kumpanya, ang “Creatable World,” napapanahon ang gender neutral doll na dikta na rin ng kultura.
Aniya, “Toys are a reflection of culture and as the world continues to celebrate the positive impact of inclusivity, we felt it was time to create a doll line free of labels.”
