LOOK: Ulo ng usa nakumpiska ng customs, ipinasok sa bansa galing Guam
Nakumpiska ng mga tauhan ng Bureau of Customs (BOC) ang ulo ng isang usa na ipinasok sa bansa galing Guam ng walang karampatang permit.
Ang ulo ng usa ay natuklasan sa isang parcel na idineklarang mga gamit sa bahay at personal effects sa Manila International Container Port (MICP).
Agad dinala sa Department of Environmental and Natural Resources (DENR) ang nasabing usa.
Ayon sa Customs, paglabag sa Sections 11 at 27 ng Republic Act No. 9147 o Wildlife Resources Conservation and Protection Act at sa Section 117 in relation to Section 1113 ng Customs Modernization and Tariff Act ang pagpasok sa bansa ng deer head nang walang karampatang permiso at mga dokumento.
