Nagbitiw na sa pwesto si Philippine Military Academy Superintendent Lt. Gen. Ronnie Evangelista.

Ito ay kasunod ng pagkamatay ni Cadet 4th Class Darwin Dormitorio nang dahil sa hazing.

Ayon kay Evangelista, walang sinumang pumilit sa kaniya o hindi dahil sa “pressure” ng sinuman ang pagbibitiw niya sapwesto.

Kusa umano siyang nagbitiw dahil sa “command responsibility”.

Ayon sa opisyal, matapos ang nangyari kay Dormitorio ay batid niyang ang pagbaba sa pwesto ang nararapat niyang gawin.
