6 na kahon ng liquid marijuana, nasabat ng BOC sa NAIA

Nakumpiska ng Bureau of Customs (BOC) ang anim na kahon ng liquid marijuana sa Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) noong Biyernes, September 20.

Ayon sa BOC, lumabas sa physical examination sa package na positibo ito sa Tetrahydrocannabinol, isang substance na matatagpuan sa marijuana.

Idineklara ang shipment na “ULEI CBD full plant extract” mula sa isang Bayer Jasilica ng Gr. Miko Imre, Sf. Gheorghe, Romania.

Mayroong label ang mga kahon na “Lady Mary Farm Cannabidiol CBD Oil BIO” na ipadadala sana sa isang Jeffrey Ciabal Perez sa Purok 6 San Lucas 2 sa San Pablo City, Laguna.

Naghain na ng kasong paglabag sa Section 4 ng Article 2 ng Republic Act 9165 o Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 at Section 1401 ng Republic Act 10863 o Customs Modernization and Tariff Act laban kay Perez.
