400 kilo ng karne na pinaniniwalaang apektado ng ASF nasabat sa Davao City Airport
Umaabot na sa mahigit 400 na kilo ng karne ang nakumpiska ng Bureau of Customs sa Francisco Bangoy International Airport sa Davao City.
Ito’s mula nang magpatupad ang Department of Agriculture (DA) ng ban sa mga meat products dahil sa African Swine Fever.
Sinabi ni Customs district director Erastus Sandino Austria ang mga nakumpiskang karne ay nakuha sa mga pasahero mula sa mga ASF affected countries.
Ang mga nakumpiskang karne ay ibinigay na sa Bureau of Animal Industry (BAI) para sa kaukulang hakbang.
Mas naghigpit ang lahat ng point of entry ng bansa dahil sa pagkalat ng ASF.
