Mahigit 2,000 menor de edad nailigtas sa Maynila simula nang maghigpit sa pagpapatupad ng curfew

Mula nang ipag-utos ni Manila Mayor Isko Moreno ang mahigpit na pagpapatupad ng curfew ordinance sa Maynila, umabot na sa 2,625 ang bilang ng mga menor de edad ang na-rescue ng Manila Police District (MPD).

September 2, 2019 nang ideklara ni Moreno ang “full blast” na pagpapatupad ng curfew mula alas 10:00 ng gabi hanggang alas 4:00 ng umaga.

Ayon kay Manila Department of Social Welfare (MDSW) chief Re Fugoso sa bilang ng mga nailigtas na menor de edad, anim ang third-time violators.

Dahil dito ang kanilang magulang ay pinatawan ng parusa na 72 oras na community service.

Sa datos, pinakamaraming na-rescue na mga kabataan ang Station 2 ng MPD na umabot sa 463, sinundan ng Station 1 – 458, Station 5 – 425, Station 6 – 265 at Station 3 – 236.
