Online shopping sites at app based delivery services maaring nagagamit sa bentahan ng ilegal na droga – PDEA

Naghihinala ang Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) na nagagamit ang online shopping sites at app-based delivery services sa pagbebenta ng ilegal na droga at drug paraphernalia.

Ito ay matapos ang pagkakaaresto sa mga suspek na sina Juan Carlos Reyes Antonio, isang licensed pharmacist, at Nilo Manipon Ramirez, Jr., isang registered nurse.

Ayon kay PDEA Director General Aaron Aquino, Ang dalawa ay nadakip sa magkahiwalay na operasyon sa Pasig City at Quezon City araw ng HUwebes, Sept. 19.

Sinabi ni Aquino na may mga na-recover silang ‘tooters’ mula sa dalawa na inorder umano sa online shopping sites.

Ayon kay Aquino, kung ang drug paraphernalia ay nabibili sa online shopping sites posibleng nakabibili rin ng illegal drugs online.

Ani Aquino umamin mismo ang mga naarestong suspek na gumagamit sila ng app-based courier services para sa pag-deliver ng ilegal na droga.
