Concession agreement sa itatayong international airport sa Bulacan pirmado na

Inihayag ni San Miguel Corp. president at COO Ramon Ang na sasagutin ng kanilang grupo ang right-of-way issues kaugnay sa pagtatayo ng bagong international airport in Bulacan.

Kanina ay nagpirmahan na rin ng concession agreement ang San Miguel Corp. at si Transportation Secretary Arthur Tugade.

Magugunitang noong Agosto 14 ay tinanggap na ng SMC ang notice of award para sa airport contract.

Laman ng kasunduan na ang San Miguel Corp. ang siyang magpopondo sa design, construction, supply, completion, testing, commissioning, pati na sa operation and maintenance ng itatayong airport.

Popondohan ng San Miguel Corp. ang nasabing proyekto na nagkakahalaga ng P735-billion na bahagi ng Build Build Build program ng gobyerno.

Ang itatayong Bulacan airport ay may kapasidad na 200 milyon na pasahero kada taon kung saan ay nakapaloob rin dito ang pagtatayo ng apat na parallel runway.

Itatayo ang bagong paliparan sa 2,500 ektaryang lupain sa Bulacan, Bulacan.
