Tuluy-tuloy rin ang structural works para sa passenger terminal building, gayundin ang grade preparation para sa concrete slab sa hangar.
Patuloy rin ang roofing at gutter installation, paghahanda ng gravel base course at concrete pouring para sa ramp at taxiway ng paliparan.
Gayundin ang construction ng drainage system sa landside area.
Alinsunod sa direktiba ni DOTr Secretary Arthur Tugade, 24/7 dapat ang construction schedule sa Sangley Airport upang masigurong matatapos sa itinakdang deadline ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte sa Nobyembre 2019.
