Napalayang drug convict dahil sa GCTA, sumuko sa La Union
Sumuko sa mga lokal na otoridad ang isang drug convict na napalaya dahil sa GCTA sa La Union.
Nakilala ang sumuko na si Jonathan Costales, 35 taong gulang, residente ng Barangay Dili sa bayan ng Bauang na nakulong dahil sa paglabag sa Republic Act No. 9165 o Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
Sumailalim na sa documentation at medical examination si Costales sa Bauang Rural Center at dadalhin sa Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) sa Bauang.
Handa naman umano si Costales na maibalik sa Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) sa Muntinlupa.
Napalaya si Costales sa National Bilibid Prison (NBP) sa Muntinlupa noong March 20.
