Kumpiyansa ang Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) na makakatugon sa 15-days deadline ang mga napalayang convict sa bisa ng Good Conduct Time Allowance (GCTA).

Sa halos dalawang libong nasa listahan ng BuCor, halos tatlong daan na ang sumusuko at nasa kustodiya ng otoridad.
