Preliminary investigation sa sedition case vs Robredo, 35 iba pa dedesisyunan na

Natapos na ng Department of Justice (DOJ) ang preliminary investigation nito sa sedition case laban kay Vice President Leni Robredo at 35 iba dahil sa umano’y kaugnayan ng mga ito sa planong pagpapabagsak sa administrasyong Duterte.

Sa pahayag ng DOJ araw ng Huwebes, sinabing sina dating Magdalo party-list Rep. Gary Alejano at Jonnell Sangalang lamang ang bigong makapagsumite ng counter-affidavits.

Si Sangalang ay napaulat na staff ni dating Senator Antonio Trillanes IV.

Dedesisyunan na ng state prosecutors kung may ‘probable cause’ para kasuhan ng sedition sina Robredo at mga kapwa akusado.

Mayroong 60 araw ang prosecution para desisyunan ang kaso kung ibabasura ito o itataas sa korte.

Ang sedition case maging ang mga reklamong cyberlibel, libel, estafa harboring a criminal, at obstruction of justice ay isinampa ng PNP-CIDG laban kina Robredo batay sa testimonya ni Peter Joemel Advincula na nagpakilalang si Bikoy.

Si Bikoy ang nasa likod ng ‘Ang Totoong Narcolist videos’ na nagdawit sa pamilya Duterte sa kalakalan ng iligal na droga.
