Mayor sa Pampanga pinatawan ng 90 araw na suspensyon

Pinatawan ng 90 araw na suspensyon ng ng Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) si Masantol Mayor Danilo Guintu.

Ito ay bilang parusa kay Guintu sa pag-abuso nito sa kaniyang katungkulan.

Ayon kay DILG Pampanga director Myrvi Apostol-Fabia ibinaba ng Deputy Ombudsman for Luzon ang suspensyon sa alkalde.

Nag-ugat ang kaso sa reklamo na inihain ni Bernardo Guevarra, na tindero sa public market sa Masantol.

Pansamantalang papalit kay Guintu si Masantol Vice Mayor Epifanio Lacap.
