Pasok sa mga tanggapan ng gobyerno at klase sa Tacloban City sinuspinde dahil sa sama ng panahon
Sinuspinde ni Tacloban City Mayor Alfred Romualdez ang pasok sa tanggapan ng gobyerno at klase sa lahat ng antas sa mga paaralan dahil sa hindi magandang panahon na nararanasan sa lungsod.
Sa bisa ng Executive Order na nilagdaan ni Romualdez, ang suspensyon ay epektibo mula 1:00 ng hapon ng Miyerkules, Sept. 11.
Mananatili namang may pasok sa mga tanggapan ng gobyerno na may kaugnayan sa peace and order, disaster risk management, health at sanitation at traffic management.
Inatasan din ni Romualdez ang City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office at ang Tacloban City Rescue Unit na maging alerto sa maaring maidulot ng paparating na bagyo at ng Habagat.
