Isang preso sa New Bilibid Prisons ang nagpatotoo sa senado hinggil sa “GCTA for Sale”.

Sa pagdinig sa senado, sinabi ni Gadfrey Gamboa na may nangyayari taagang bayaran para mapaaga ang paglaya ng isang bilanggo.
