FEU, nagwagi laban sa UE sa iskor na 81-65

Nagwagi ang Far Eastern University (FEU) kontra sa University of the East (UE) sa UAAP Season 82 ng men’s basketball tournament sa iskor na 81-65.

Nagsimulang umarangkada ang FEU matapos alisin si Kris Pagsanjan ng UE sa third quarter dahil sa tinamong knee injury.

Dahil dito, lumaki na ang abante ng FEU sa UE.

Nakapagtala si Wendell Comboy ng 24 points para sa koponan ng FEU habang si LJ Gonzales naman ay nakagawa ng 14 points, 8 rebounds, 8 steals at 3 steals.

Ito ang unang panalo ng FEU sa pagbubukas ng bagong UAAP season.

Samantala, ang FEU ay mayroon nang 1-1 win-loss record habang ang UE naman ay may 0-2 win-loss record.
