3 dagdag na witness sa kasong sedisyon laban kay Robredo at 32 iba pa, ibinasura ng DOJ

Hindi tinanggap ng Department of Justice (DOJ) ang karagdagang testimonya ng Office of the Solicitor General (OSG) sa paunang imbestigasyon ng sedition complaint laban kay Bise Presidente Leni Robredo at 32 iba pa.

Ibinasura ng DOJ prosecution panel ang mosyon ni Assistant Solicitor General Angelita Miranda na magdagdag ng tatlo pang saksi dahil lagpas na ito sa deadline na noong nakaraang buwan pa.

Pinaalalahanan naman ni Assistant State Prosecutor Gino Santiago ang OSG na ang sedition charge ay pawang base lamang sa testimoniya ni Peter Joemel Advincula o alyas ‘Bikoy’ ay malapit ng ‘makumpleto.’

Ninais ng OSG na tawagin sa korte ang abogadong si Jude Sabio, dating whistleblower Guillermina Arcillas na nagsampa ng kaso laban kay Antonio Trillanes IV, at Perfecto Tagalog na nagsabing sinubukan ni Trillanes na iugnay siya kay presidential son Representative Paolo Durtete sa rice smuggling.
