Sen. Tito Sotto, may buwelta sa online bashers kasama si Vice Ganda
Maigsing sagot ang ginawa ni Senate President Vicente “Tito” Sotto III sa mga online basher niya kasama na ang actor-host na si Vice Ganda sa kaniyang posisyon ukol sa mga transgender.
Sa kaniyang personal na Twitter account ay nag-tweet si Sotto ng, “When people resort to personal attacks, it means they have lost the debate!”
Na-post ang tweet matapos ang pagdinig ng Senate Justice Committee madaling-araw ng Biyernes.
Kabilang naman sa nag-reply sa kaniyang tweet si Sen. Panfilo Lacson samantalang nag-like naman sina Sens. Koko Pimentel at Joel Villanueva.
Magugunita na pinuna ng netizens at social media users kasama na si Vice Ganda ang pahayag ni Sotto na ang mga transwoman kahit kailan ay hindi maituturing na babae dahil wala silang matris at hindi maaring magka-anak.
Sa tweet ni Vice Ganda, iginiit nito na hindi sukatan ng pagturing babae ang pagkakaroon ng matris at anak.
