Panukalang budget ng Office of the President aprubado sa loob lang ng 10-minuto
Mabilis na tinapos ng House Appropriations Committee ang pagdinig sa panukalang pondo ng Office of the President.
Si Executive Sec. Salvador Medialdea ang dumalo sa deliberasyon ng komite sa 2020 budget ng OP.
Tumagal lamang ng halos 10 minuto ang deliberasyon ng komite sa P8.2 billion budget ng OP para sa susunod na taon.
Ang naturang halaga ay mas mataas ng 21.07 percent kumpara sa P6.7 billion alokasyon ng OP sa ilalim ng 2019 General Appropriations Act (GAA).
Pinakamalaking bahagi ng 2020 budget ng OP ay inilalaan sa Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE) sa halagang P6.7 billion.
Pumapangalawa rito ang para sa Personnel Services sa higit P1 billion; habang P427 million naman ang para sa capital outlay.
